Fun-shine Meadows!

Well today was another scorcher. And fittingly, in the sunshine, we hung out at Sunshine Meadows. Sheila, Autumn, Lindsay and I caught the 8:00 bus up to the village this morning, and from there we wandered throughout the luscious landscape which doubles as my favorite ski hill in the winter time.

First stop - Rock Isle Lake.

The forest fire haze gives a completely
different look to the Simpson Valley.

Laryx Lake, with The Monarch in the background.

It was almost like we had the place to ourselves!

Snowball fight! Kids will be kids....

This doesn't look like it's going to end well for Sheila.... LOL!

Cheers! To a great day, with great friends!

Aside from ending up covered in mosquito bites (I just noticed how itchy I am!), what a nice, relaxing way to spend the day! Woot!

Cheers!
